- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and prevailing terms & conditions of EazyGo.
Luggage Policy
SUV has space for 4 Luggage Bags. However depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in seating area with driver consent.
Waiting Charges
Driver would wait maximum 60 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at your pickup location. Post this, your trip may get cancelled without any refund.
Delays
Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
Pickup Time
Please choose your pick up time keeping time for immigration, baggage collection, custom checks, etc.
EazyGo – Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges are applicable based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled pickup/travel date.
Cab Bookings:-
12 hours or more before pickup: 100% refund
6–12 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Less than 6 hours before pickup: No refund
No-show: No refund
After commencement of the trip: No refund
Important Conditions
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the booking type and the cancellation policies of hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers and other third-party suppliers.
Any applicable payment gateway, transaction, convenience or supplier cancellation charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Bookings made during peak season, festivals, special events or promotional/non-refundable offers may have different cancellation terms and may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
The customer must provide the Booking ID while submitting a cancellation request.

Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Circumstances
EazyGo may modify or cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions/strikes, extreme weather, road closures or other operational issues. In such cases, EazyGo may offer an alternative service or refund, depending on the circumstances and amounts recoverable from the relevant service providers.
Important Note
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the type of service booked and the specific terms communicated at the time of booking. Customers are advised to review the applicable cancellation terms before making payment.
